ZOOLOGICAL HIKE IN TSIVOULI AREA Sunday, 3rd February, Time: 11.00, Meeting point – on the provincial road of Zakynthos-Keri and in particular at a distance of 10 kms from town.
The circular hike will include different representations from sea and hills, zoological surprises, to narratives from another era and tranquil olive groves. The hike will initially head towards the hills, through olive groves and the greenery of the Zakynthian countryside. After a one kilometre hike, we will meet the Tsivouli Park, an emu breeding farm. We will wander and be guided, by the owner, in the park areas. Moving on, almost on top of the hill, then we will start to descend where we will find ourselves in the area of the shooting range. The distance we will hike is about 4 km and the hiking is easy, since it only has a slight ascent and a steep downhill.
