Yesterday Thursday 25th February we had two more confirmed cases of the covid virus in the island.
The first was a 25 year old foreign national, it is considered an orphan case as he had had no contact with previously reported cases.
The second was a 15 year old high school student. The year group of the student, Γ2 of Lithakia high school will be closed for 14 days and the students will be doing online lessons.
In both incidents the 14 day quarantine has begun at home as both had mild symptoms.
We wish them a speedy recovery
