Zakynthos town is to get in festive mood this weekend with our very own “Winter Warblers” English choir participating in the celebrations.
The aroma and color of Christmas will flood the city center in the evening of Sunday, December 8th, 2019, where festive songs and melodies in front of the building of Zakynthos’ Regional Offices will be heard.
The Ionian Regional Governor, Mrs Rothi Kratsa – Tsagaropoulou will also be present at the event as well as the Philharmonic Orchestra giving an extra festive performance; while there will be many surprises awaiting those who attend.
The Volunteer Group of Zakynthos has decorated the area in front of the Regional Offices thus allowing young and old to have the opportunity to get into the festive mood. “It’s a great opportunity to get away from reality for a while and see the beautiful and bright side of life.” Said Mrs Kratsa-Tsagaropoulou.
