Coronavirus Greece: Five new cases, no deaths in the last 24 hours

4 are related to known cases of coronavirus and 1 was detected in checks on incoming flights from abroad. The total number of cases is 2909, of which 55.2% are men.

 

Of these, 631 (21.7%) are considered to be related to travel from abroad and 1660 (57.1%) are related to an already known case. 16 of our fellow citizens are being treated intubated. Their average age is 67 years.

5 (31.2%) are women and the rest are men. 81.2% have an underlying disease or are over 70 years old. 105 patients have been discharged from the ICU.

Finally, today we have no recorded deaths. The total number of deaths in the country is 175. 52 were women (29.7%) and the rest were men.

 

The averae age of our deceased fellow citizens was 76 years and 94.9% had an underlying disease and / or age 70 and over. A total of 174,844 clinical samples were tested. * The total number of confirmed cases will be revised, following data control.
