Lufthansa, the leading airline of the Lufthansa Group, is set to launch two new direct flights to Greece to Rhodes and Zakynthos. The route will start operating in April 2020, with one flight per week for each destination, while a second flight per week will be added to both islands from early June. Flights will take place every Tuesday and Saturday for Rhodes and every Wednesday and Saturday for Zakynthos, with A320 and A321 aircraft. New routes are available for booking from November 27 at lufthansa.com or through our partner Lufthansa travel and ticket offices at the airports.
In addition, the company is announcing a boost to its flights to Heraklion, adding another summer flight that will serve increased demand for the coming season. Flights to Heraklion will take place every Wednesday and Saturday from Frankfurt Airport.
The new destinations announced will be added to Lufthansa’s expanded list of destinations in Greece, including Athens, Thessaloniki, Santorini, Heraklion and Corfu.
