Temperatures will be gradually rising on both Saturday and Easter Sunday. Indicatively, in Crete the temperature these two days will range from 35 degrees Celsius and above, in Athens 32 and in Northern Greece around 30.
When will the temperature fall again?
The heat will begin to subside from the second day of Easter and mainly from the coming Wednesday of Easter. The temperature drop will be in the range of 6 to 8 degrees. In fact, in the west, central and north we expect rain.
However, on Easter Tuesday (the day when May Day has been moved) the day will be good, but definitely with a lower temperature than the previous days, ie up to 29 degrees Celsius in the Attica basin.
On the coast, however, it will drop further around 25 degrees Celsius. In the cities on that day we will not have phenomena, but in the west and in the north the local rains will make their appearance.
