Gerakas Beach:- First turtle nest for 2020

This beach at Gerakas has just been visited by our famous Caretta Caretta. A nest was discovered by the monitoring team of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos.

It is the first for Gerakas but not the first for Zakynthos. Just a few days ago the first nest was discovered at Kalamaki Crystal beach area.

It seems that the year is starting off to a good one as far as our visitors is concerned.
