Coronavirus: 2835 new cases – 38 new deaths.
The number of new coronavirus diagnoses remains at a high level, one week after the imposition of the new ban, with EODY announcing on Saturday afternoon 2835 new cases. New record with 366 intubated.
The critical situation in the country due to the exponential course of the coronavirus epidemic is confirmed by the data published tonight, Saturday 14/11 by the National Organization of Public Health (EODY).
In particular, EODY announced that the new laboratory confirmed cases of the disease are 2835, of which 15 were identified after checks at the country’s gates.

The total number of cases is 72510 (daily change + 4.1%), of which 54.0% are men. 4622 (6.4%) are considered related to travel from abroad and 18812 (25.9%) are related to an already known case.
The new deaths of patients with COVID-19 are 38, while since the beginning of the epidemic a total of 1035 deaths have been recorded. 416 (40.2%) were women and the rest were men. The median age of our dying fellow citizens was 80 years and 96.8% had some underlying disease and / or age 70 years and over.
The number of patients treated by intubation is 366. Their median age is 64 years. 112 (30.6%) are women and the rest are men. 80.9% of intubated patients have an underlying disease or are aged 70 years and older.
In 370 patients who have left the ICU.
In the previous 24 hours, 24,896 molecular tests and 3,947 rapid tests were performed. The positivity rate stood at 11.4%
