Greece is a country with a rich cultural heritage. Cultural monuments are located in almost every corner of our country, attracting a large number of visitors each year.
Now, a visit to a cultural space may not be limited to a simple tour as in recent years, modern digital tools have opened a new “window” of access and interaction for more and more visitors.
In this context, the cooperation of COSMOTE with the Ministry of Culture and Sports contributes to the promotion of Greek culture by providing free wireless internet in archeological sites and museums and upgrading the experience of visitors.
Now, visitors of the archeological site of the Acropolis and the theater of Herodes Atticus and 12 other points have access to free wireless Internet, through the network of COSMOTE. A service that does not stop here, as a total of 25 points of high cultural & historical interest have been selected by the Ministry of Culture and Sports, which will be “equipped” by COSMOTE with free WiFi making the tour even more interesting.
