Going to a ceremony (eg funeral) under the conditions provided by law, which is certified by a written statement of the citizen.
Relocation of divorced parents or parents who are in a dimension that is necessary to ensure communication between parents and children and is certified by a written statement of the citizen.

One-time transfer of a student from the place of permanent residence to the Regional Unit where his School is located, for which proof of main residence is required and a document of the School for his return to it.
One-time transfer of a student or examinee from the place of permanent residence to the regional unit where the institution / examination center is located for the purpose of conducting examinations.
Return transfer of a student, accompanied by another person, from the place of permanent residence in the Regional Unit where the Department / School is located, where the student studies and rents the property for the purpose of transporting household goods after a solution lease agreement of the dormitory, within 72 hours from the start of the move to the said purpose and a proof of main residence and a document of the School are required for its return.
