As the powerful winds continue over the weekend, the Greek Civil Protection has issued a warning for “very high risk” of forest and wild fires for Saturday, September 14, 2019. Affected areas are: Attiki, Kythera, Sterea, Thessaly, East Macedonia, Thrace, North and South Aegean, Crete and Peloponnese. Orange marks “very high risk”, Yellow “high risk.” …
