Noisy conversations and quarrels in car parks (buses, TAXI, etc.), loading or unloading of goods in or from trucks, which creates noise, as well as the noisy operation of the wheeled engine, which is at a standstill .
The use of sirens or other sound instruments or safety systems, without reason of emergency, as well as their test operation.
