Most of us here in Zakynthos today were asking ourselves, “is it going to rain?”
As the dark clouds rolled over the mountain tops we wondered whether we would be in for a down pour or not. It seems our neighbouring island, Kefalonia got more than their share of weird weather.
Our local newspaper HMERA had some amazing photographs and a video of a very unusual phenomena. The video we have included here, as one can see we can count our lucky stars that this crazy weather wasn’t in Zakynthos. We also wish our neighbours well and hope that there wasn’t any damage caused.
