Territorial Planning and Spatial Planning Project of Lagana was on the agenda once again, at the meeting of the Municipal Council that took place on 23rd of January, it was decided to approve the study for Laganas, a subject that has been pending for 16 years!
The fact that the case remained pending despite the fact that appropriations were allocated for the study shows the indifference and the inability of the local authorities to carry out something that the elected people themselves have designed. However, in our case, there is “good luck than ever before”, as Laganas’s urban planning is a permanent wound, now let’s see a project even though there has been such a long delay.
According to the proposal, the aim is to complete the study and then connect up, for implementation, within the technical program of the Municipality’s projects. The title is “Approval of a design project for the urban organization of the open city of Laganas”.
The amount required to complete the study is 79,734 euros.
The decision was taken by the City Council and is now expected to be implemented without much delay.
