Coronavirus – Lockdown: How many people are allowed in private vehicles, and taxis.
Nikos Hardalias on Thursday afternoon, clarified how citizens will move around during the three-week lockdown that will be imposed tomorrow morning, Saturday.
Clarifications regarding the movement of citizens with their vehicles as well as by taxi, were provided by the Deputy Minister of Civil Protection and Crisis Management Nikos Hardalias in the context of updating the new measures of the second lockdown to limit the spread of coronavirus cases.
As explained by the Deputy Minister of Civil Protection and Crisis Management, for transport remains the occupancy at 65% for public transport.
One passenger is allowed in taxis and cars.
An exception in this context, with the carriage of a second passenger being permitted, exists when the carriage is carried out for health and medical reasons.
At the same time, this restriction does not apply in the case of parents with minor children.
In addition, travel between prefectures is not allowed, with the exception of the 4 reasons mentioned. To return to the place of permanent residence, a copy of the tax return E1 or Certificate of Residence for Special Use is required, obtained from the website www.aade.gr.

professional reasons
