The waste management situation in Zakynthos is still a thorn in the council’s side.

Reports are that a new plot next to the waste site at Live is being prepared by our council. The project was discussed at last Friday’s council meeting and will cost a total of 5,000euros.

A discussion with the project contractor has already taken place on just how the site will be designed to take the new waste packages.
