Some spectacular photos were taken by local resident Matina Tsoukala yesterday.
With high winds reaching 8 to 9 Beaufort. As one can see the waves virtually threatened our famous shipwreck to be washed out to sea. As the photos made the social media many residents are questioning why our famous land mark is not protected.
Although the photos have caused alarm they are still impressive and just goes to show what mother nature is capable of.
