If you have ever wanted to know what a “Panagiri” is, here’s your chance to experience one first hand.

Celebrations at the Monastery of Our Lady of Anafonitria in Zakynthos, which is rich in history, dating back to the days of Saint Dionysios. Commencing on Saturday August 31, 2019, following tradition to celebrate the first Saturday in August after Saint Dionysios celebrations.

At 20:00 pm the church service will start by the Metropolitan of Zakynthos and Strofades Dionysios.

At the end of the service there will be a litany of the historical icon of Our Lady of Anafonitria.
