The Volunteer Group of Zakynthos are continuing their actions throughout the summer. This time in a continuing effort for change on our Island, they are homing in on our environment.
Generally speaking the Volunteer group’s aim is to make our community aware of environmental issues and that change towards caring for our environment will benefit all.
After receiving permission from Zakynthos’ waste management department and other authorities their project was put into action.
They have decided that our green rubbish bins needed a personal touch to their designs. Inviting anyone who would like to join in on their project of painting the green bins in art form.
As you can see from the pictures below, some are quite impressive.
