Anatomy of a dive
At Athlokinisi, Gaitani. From 16.00 to 18.00.
This second seminar will be divided into two parts:
the first part involves shretching the muscles involved in dynamic apnea with emphasis on breathing. The second part comprises practicing dynamic apnea and breathing techniques before and after entering the water.
Necessary equipment: mask, sandals, cap.
The cost of participation is 10 euros.

Αdagios from The Underground. Something can be heard on the edge of town. The eerie voice of a musical saw accompanied by a classical piano and various sounds of analogue synthesizers as an ecclesiastic organ from the future.

Nikos Youssef – soprano & baritone musical saw, Irene Tiniakos – piano and Yeorgos Katsanos – analogue synthesizer, stable partners and music experimenters in always interesting projects, unite the forces of the musical saw, the piano and analogue synthesizer and create the show “Adagios From The Underground”, which will be presented for the first time in April in the Trianta Hall of the Athens Concert Hall.
