The positive cases in Zakynthos have not stopped in the last three days. Early Saturday morning, a family of four, foreigners but residents of Zakynthos, with symptoms visited the hospital to undergo a molecular test.
The results of all four were positive, but one of the children was only 9 days old. The baby had to be transported to Patras and Rio hospital. The EKAB ambulance left with the first available ferry.
While the other members of the three are his little brother, their mother and father had mild symptoms and are home in a 14-day quarantine.
With these 4 cases the number of positive cases in the last three days has risen up to 11 and a total of 16 in the first 23 days of 2021 !!!
