At a time when Greece is preparing to turn on the “full” machines of tourism, the foreign media continue to applaud the unique Greek destinations, with the Greek islands as the flagship of course.
The acclaimed magazine Conde Nast Traveler singles out some of the hotel ornaments of Greece, on our Greek islands, both in the cosmopolitan Aegean and in the blue-green Ionian.
One of the top 5 destinations and hotels was Zakynthos. The magazine claiming our Island a perfect place to relax. The Olea all Suite Hotel was also named in January by the magazine.
The magazine mentioned :- Hotel “Zen symbol in Zakynthos”
A quiet and stylish hotel, “symbol of the rebirth of Greece”. The plan for its creation dates back as far as 20 years back in the past, in the decade of crisis that plagued Europe, the publication notes.
Eventually, when everything got its way, the impressive hotel was built in six months. Its opening coincided more or less with the end of the economic crisis for Greece. The hotel is described as the new zen of Zakynthos, an island reborn from its ashes. Zakynthos was also distinguished a few days ago by the EBD (Best European Destinations) as a destination with the most heavenly beaches in Europe.
Zakynthos has always been among the leading destinations and our turquoise seas and luxury hotels certainly are a magnet for travellers. Our island has also been voted among the top 50 beaches in the world. Video below at number 49.
