Our local member of parliament has called on residents within the tourist industry to join him in regards to promoting Zakynthos as a safe tourist destination. His press release reads:-
Invitation to a Project Meeting.
The Member of Parliament for Zakynthos invites residents. On Saturday, May 23 at 11:00 a.m. at the amphitheater of the Music School of Zakynthos. A project meeting will be held on the formation of a tourist campaign. This will promote Zakynthos as one of the best armored health and safest tourist destinations. This meeting will be attended by all tourism operators, institutions, as well as representatives of the business community, which are active on our island.
* Strict observation of covid-19 measures to be taken at the meeting. As well as all the provided security measures in order to prevent any possibility of transmission of the new coronavirus.
