An extension of measures as been given by the Hellenic Health Authority in regards to bars, restaurants and others.
You may recall that protective measures were applied on the 11th August in regards to closing bars and restaurants from midnight to seven the following morning.
The measures were to last up until the 23rd of August. However, based on the new epidemiological data, and by order of the Deputy Minister of Civil Protection and Crisis Management, Nikos Hardalia and by decision of the Secretary General of Civil Protection, Vassilios Papageorgiou, to limit the spread of the effects of COVID-19 disease, the extension date will also include today Monday 24-08-2020 and time 06.00 until Tuesday 01-09-2020 and time 06.00.
Other islands have been included in this list most recently Lesvos.
