Zakynthos hotels bought by Blackstone Real Estate

It has been announced that five hotels in Greece have been purchased by Blackstone Real Estate Partners Europe, a division of the American private equity firm Blackstone Group.

The deal said to be around 179 million euros, includes two hotels in Zakynthos; Louis Zante Beach Hotel in Laganas and Plagos Beach Hotel in Tsilivi. The agreed deal will allow the team at the Louis group to still operate the hotels under HIP Management who were acquired by Blackstone Real Estate Funds in 2017.

The other three hotels in the  Blackstone Real Estate Partners Europe deal are located in Corfu (two hotels) and Crete.
