In such difficult times, there is always hope. Something unexpected happened within the area of Skoulikados. As the owner of the restaurant Diachronikos and an agent of the football club Ethnikos Skoulikados, Kostas Plessas, recounts couldn’t believe is luck. As he was driving his motorcycle to go home, his wallet, which contained a large sum of money, fell. not only did he have the money but his credit cards, ID and licence .
However, what Mr Plessa thought was bad luck soon turned into the opposite. The wallet fell into good hands after the family of Kyvetos and Spyros Theodosis, who happened to be at the spot, contacted Mr. Plessas and returned his wallet.
He himself wanted to publicly say a thank you for their rare act these days by posting the following post:
“Good morning. I want to publicly express a big thank you to the family of Kyvetos and Theodosis Spyros because yesterday afternoon something rare happened. Passing by the road with the motorbike from their house, my wallet fell where it had 1000 €, two credit cards, ID and my licence. The people phoned me and asked me to go there, I went and found Zacharias his father, his mother, his grandparents and Spyros who handed over my wallet, they offered me a glass of wine and did not accept even 100 € in thanks. Congratulations, thank you very much and the least I can do is a public thank you again and let people know !!
It’s great to hear stories like these and it certainly puts a smile on ones face just knowing that there are decent and caring people among us. Well Done!!!
