Passed to final
The match between Katastari and Panartemisiakos, for the semi-finals of the EPS cup of Zakynthos, took place last Wednesday afternoon, 20/03. The match was held at the municipal stadium of the island with the hosts (Katastari) winning the game with 4-0. The difference between the two teams was obvious, as Katastari compete in the third national division, while Panartemisiakos play in the A category of the local division of EPS Zakynthos.
Nevertheless, Panartemisiakos remained upright and said farewell to the organisation with their head held high.
From the start till the finish of the match, the ‘oranges’ were dominant. Theodoris Brilakis opened the score at 15′. Nikos Korfiatis “hurt” his former team as he took advantage of a nice ball of Kostas Kardaris and made 2-0 for Katastari. That was how the first-half ended.
In the second-half, the match continued in the same pattern, with the hosts at 63′ reaching their 3rd goal, when Rafael Pettas with a powerful shot outside the area scored a fantastic goal. At 80′ Matthew Kapsaskis, with a nice header, formed the final 4-0 for his team.

CUP FINAL
The Championship Committee announced that the ZAKYNTHOS CUP FINAL for the football season 2018 – 2019 will be held on WEDNESDAY, 27/03, at 18.00 at the Municipal Stadium of Zakynthos, between the teams of KATASTARI – APS ZAKYNTHOS 1961.
