A beautiful tribute by John Pantakis, a well known musician and song writer. With his drone he flies over the amazing area of Gerakas whilst taking photos of a typical Zakynthian home.
You will notice that the home has its own Zakynthian style, filled with fruit trees and a summer vegetable garden. Most Zakynthian homes wouldn’t be without their own little garden. Traditionally in summer Zakynthians will plant practically every summer vegetable imagined, however true to tradition would be tomatoes and Zakynthian honey dew melons.
The music that accompanies the video is John Pantakis himself singing a song in which he wrote. The music and lyrics hold a typical Zakynthian rythm. The song is sung by well known Zakynthian singer Vasilis Christodoulopoulos.
