Subject: “Extraordinary grant of 5,500,000 euros to the Municipality of Zakynthos”
After the announcement by the Mayor from the Office of the Honorable Minister of Interior Mr. Theodorikakos that the Municipality of Zakynthos will be subsidized with the amount of five million five hundred thousand (5,500,000) euros for the settlement of overdue debts of the previous years. The Mayor thanks the Minister and the Government of the Country.
The ranking of our Municipality is in fifth(5th) position of the government funding priorities among all the Municipalities of the Country,. This marks the recognition of the effort made for the financial recovery of our Municipality and the development perspective of our Island.
