Early this morning workers were out in Alexander Roma street, in Zakynthos Town. Damaged slabs throughout the walkway are being replaced from Agious Sarantes up to 21st May street.
The road works are also being overseen by Vice Mayor, Mr. Dimitrios Koutsogiannis. Wearing suitable clothing he has been helping the workers in laying down the new slabs where required.
The works should be finished as soon as possible so as not to cause problems with traffic.
