Air Canada is extending its presence in Athens this summer, with the addition of 2 weekly flights to Toronto and 2 weekly flights to Montreal. Additional flights will be operated by Air Canada Rouge from 24th June to 24th September, in addition to existing daily services that take place from 1st April to 17th November.
As the company points out, based on the success of Air Canada in the Greek market, the new flights strengthen the companys’ presence in the market during the summer tourist season. These new, enhanced flights will provide passengers with greater convenience and more choice and, moreover, the opportunity to be able to connect with the companys extended network in North America and around the globe.
Air Canada customers who travel to more than 60 US destinations via Toronto or Montreal, may benefit from the prior completion in Canada of customs and passport control in the US, without needing to ‘pick up’ their luggage at the ‘in-between’ airport, before the final destination.
