High again negative data announced by the National Organization of Public Health (EODY), confirming once again the galloping course of the coronavirus epidemic in Greece.

The total number of cases amounts to 69675 (daily change + 4.6%), of which 54.1% are men. 4601 (6.6%) are considered to be related to travel from abroad and 18334 (26.3%) are related to an already known case.
The new deaths of patients with COVID-19 are 38, while since the beginning of the epidemic a total of 997 deaths have been recorded. 399 (40.0%) were women and the rest were men. The median age of our dying fellow citizens was 80 years and 96.9% had some underlying disease and / or age 70 years and over.
The number of patients treated by intubation is 336. Their median age is 65 years. 100 (29.8%) are women and the rest are men. 81.8% of intubated patients have an underlying disease or are aged 70 years and older.
Also 362 patients have been discharged from the ICU.
In the previous 24 hours, 24970 molecular tests and 4465 rapid were performed. The percentage of positivity was 12.2%.
