Finally, we have 1 more recorded deaths and 260 deaths in total in the country. 92 (35.4%) women and the rest men. The median age of our dying fellow citizens was 77 years and 93.8% had some underlying disease and / or age 70 years and over.

The 92-year-old ended up in a nursing home in Asvestochori
On Saturday, August 29, a 92-year-old woman who was hospitalized at Papanikolaou Hospital and was in a nursing home in Asvestochori ended up infected with the coronavirus.
The elderly woman suffered from underlying diseases and is the 16th victim from the nursing home who has lost her life to the coronavirus. Yesterday, Friday, 270 new cases and five deaths were announced.
