Coronavirus: 6,154 cases today, 70 deaths, 530 intubated.
The new cases of coronavirus today, Saturday, November 13, were announced by EODY. According to the information, during the last 24 hours in Greece 70 new deaths are registered while in the ICUs of the country’s hospitals 530 intubated patients are registered. The new cases amount to a total of 6,154. In more detail, according to the announcement of EODY:
Of the 6,154 cases, 10 were identified following checks at the country’s gateways. The total number of cases is 828,032, of which 50.7% are men. 1 Based on the confirmed cases of the last 7 days, 116 are considered to be related to travel from abroad and 3,185 are related to an already known case. The new deaths of patients with COVID-19 are 70, while since the beginning of the epidemic a total of 16,686 deaths have been recorded. 95.3% had underlying disease and / or age 70 years and older.
The number of patients treated by intubation is 530 (61.9% men). Their median age is 65 years. 83.2% have an underlying disease and / or age 70 years and older. Among intubated patients, 446 (84.15%) are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated and 84 (15.85%) are fully vaccinated. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 3,397 patients have been discharged from the ICU. The admissions of new COVID-19 patients in the hospitals of the territory are 413. The average seven-day admissions are 412 patients. The median age of cases is 38 years (range 0.2 to 106 years), while the median age of death is 78 years (range 0.2 to 106 years).

Attica is first for another day in the distribution of coronavirus cases as today, Friday 12 November, out of the 6,154 total cases, 1,559 new cases were detected in Attica while 1,036 new coronavirus infections were detected in Thessaloniki.
