The employee appealed against the Public Benefit Enterprise of the Municipality in the Single Member Court of First Instance of Kilkis, requesting the temporary suspension of the application of the law on the obligation of vaccination in the program in which she works, citing the unconstitutionality of the law.
In the first provisional decision issued nationwide, according to eidisis.gr, the Court of Kilkis rejected the employee’s allegations about the provisions of the law, noting that ” “The supreme legal good of health and life of all citizens and especially of vulnerable groups is protected. In these circumstances, the request for an interim injunction must be rejected as illegal and, in essence, as essentially unfounded.”
It should be noted that the other 16 employees of the Municipality of Paionia, who have already been vaccinated, work normally in the “Help at Home” program.
