Given that e-learning in schools has come and will remain … the Ministry of Education announced, through the new Deputy Minister Zeta Makri, that the process of granting a voucher (check) of 200 euros to 560,000 young people, students, in order to buy laptops and tablets.
Beneficiaries will be families with an equivalent family income of up to 6,000 euros. This is a new program of the Ministries of Finance, Development and Investment, Education and Religions, Labour and Social Affairs and Digital Governance, which provides a voucher worth 200 euros, with specific income and social criteria, for the purchase of this equipment. .
The estimated number of beneficiaries is around 560,000 young people aged 4 to 24 years. Beneficiaries will be all families, who are beneficiaries of the OPEC child allowance in the first income category. Equivalent family income is defined on the basis of annual family income, the number of children per family and whether a family is single-parent or not. The new program, with a budget of € 112 million, is one of the first projects at European level aimed at use of funds from the Recovery Fund. The estimated number of beneficiaries amounts to approximately 325,000 families with 560,000 young people aged 4 to 24 years.

Family with 2 parents and 1 child and with an annual income of € 10,500
Family with 2 parents and 2 children with an annual income of € 12,000
Single-parent families with 1 child and an annual income of € 9,000
Single-parent families with 2 children and an annual income of € 10,500
