Instead of launching public tenders, the Greek government simply awarded three well-known big construction companies with the building of the closed migration centers on the islands of Lesvos, Chios and Samos. The Ministry of Migration and Asylum invited the companies Aktor, Terna and Mytilineos with a posting on the Diavgeia website of the Greek state. …
