There are a number of shops and supermarkets across Zakynthos that cater to both residents and tourists. One of them is the popular chain of stores called “Express Market”.
It’s has been announced that all Express stores on the island will shortly be revamped and will change to SPAR stores. The owners say that this change will bring “better value, better choice and better quality.”
If you already use Express Market and have joined their loyalty card scheme then don’t worry, the card will continue to be valid once the change from Express to SPAR takes place and you will still be able to use any points you have on the card.
Once up and running there will be improvements to the loyalty card scheme giving SPAR customers better benefits, and SPAR loyalty cards will also be available for any customers who didn’t currently have an Express one.
This is exciting news and more information will be announced once we have it.
