The Port Authority of Zakynthos was informed yesterday afternoon, by the Master of the E/G-O/G “MARE DI LEVANTE” N.P. 11117, in regards to the injury of a 71-year-old passenger on board.
In particular, the woman was injured, inside the ship during her movement to the ship’s salon, while the ship was still parked within the port of Zakynthos, the above 71-year-old woman was transferred to the General Hospital of Zakynthos, where she was diagnosed with a large bruise on her left shin.
A preliminary investigation is being carried out by the relevant Port Authority.
