56 year old covid patient dies in Zakynthos hospital.
Unfortunately the 56 Zakynthian bus driver lost his battle with Covid 19.
After 22 days in the ICU unit of Zakynthos hospital he passed away at 01.00 this morning.
He had been diagnosed with the covid virus on the 7th of October and his condition was serious enough that he need to be intubated on the same day.
The death of the 56 year is the third here on the island since the beginning of the pandemic.
