Every summer Zakynthos is an “attraction” even for athletes who come for a few days of fun and to ne carefree before returning to training and preparation for the new season. One of them is Federico Macheda who strolled around our town, when Zakynthian, Dionysis Kapnisis realised and took the opportunity to meet the Italian forward of Panathinaikos.
Of course, Frederico Macheda not only browsed in tourist shops but also tasted the delicacies from traditional cuisines that he found on our island. One of them was in the seaside in the fish tavern of Spartakos Dalianis, which is in fact popular with the Italian market, as a significant part of its clientele is from our neighboring country.
As Federico Macheda was in the restaurant, the opportunity was not missed for a souvenir photo, with the Italian star enjoying his vacation in Zakynthos.
