In an exclusive written by Andreas Papadimitriou of Zante Report it seems the results of tests confirm that the gun which was used in the mafia style hit is clean.
This is his exclusive:-
“Clean” it appears to be, after the ballistic examination, the 45-gauge pistol used in the murderous attack against the couple in Agios Sostis, in Lithakia, Zakynthos, which resulted in the death of the 37-year-old mother and the injury of her husband. .
The weapon, which has not yet been found, according to secure information from zantereport has not been used again in any other criminal or illegal activity. In other words, it is one of those that the police call “clean”.
The security police wanted to find out if the specific pistol is likely to be the same as a 45-gauge that was used in the past initially in Zakynthos or if it is someone that has been used in other strikes throughout Greece.
At the same time, the investigations continue with the examination of the many data collected by the Zakynthos Police Department and reinforcements that came to the island from Athens. Among them are conversations that have arisen from conversations picked up, which take place continuously. Examination of the multitude of findings and investigations have already “shown” both the perpetrators and the natural perpetrators as well as their ethics.
From the place of the attack, shells, DNA and objects were found that were found in the surrounding area and in specific places through which the perpetrators passed before and after the attack. Genetic material has also been obtained from the inflatable boat with which it seems that the perpetrators escaped, whose voyages are recorded in its GPS and is in the hands of the authorities.
The interrogations of persons – “keys”, such as the operator and the owner of the inflatable, as well as many others – in Zakynthos and Athens – for whom there are either signs of immediate involvement or are said to know things and situations, or they had minor roles, even unknowingly.
