8 positive cases of the coronavirus were confirmed on our island today at the General Hospital of Zakynthos.
More specifically, this is a 73-year-old woman who is in contact with a confirmed case and a 65-year-old woman who is a new case. Another 55-year-old also tested positive and is a confirmed case of a previously known case.
As well as that ,there is one 18-year-old boy, two 17-year-olds, one 16-year-old boy and one 14-year-old boy all positive with the coronavirus.
The two 17-year-olds are also contacts of an already known case.
All cases except the 73-year-old are quarantined at home with mild symptoms.
The 73-year-old is being treated at the Covid clinic of the General Hospital of Zakynthos.
