Breaking and Entering at popular cafeteria.

A burglary occurred shortly after 4:30a.m this (Wednesday) morning at a well known  coffee shop in St. Mark’s Square.

According to first reports, the perpetrators smashed the glass windows – as we can see in the photos – and broke into the shop.

Apart from the cash registers, the drawers from the coffee machines had been opened and thrown down. An employee of the cafeteria reported the incident, noticing the damage as he went to open the cafeteria in the morning.

Police are continuing investigations to identify the perpetrators, while footage from the cctv cameras may shed light into the case.
