According to reports the Greek court in Patra decided to adjourn the retrial of Bakari Henderson. The date for the retrial has not been set as apparently a request from the defendants’ lawyers who were trying to separate cases on the same day was given.
The original date for the retrial was supposed to begin yesterday Monday the 13th, after the new lawyer hired by the family needed more time to familiarize himself with the case.
The family feeling “betrayed” as reported in National Herald.com are hoping that the retrial will bring about the conviction of murder.
