Coronavirus – Greece: High with 100 deaths and 622 intubated – 1882 new cases
These are the latest data on the evolution of the coronavirus pandemic in Greece.
EODY announced 1882 new cases of coronavirus in the country, of which 8 were detected after checks at the entrance gates of the country. The total number of cases is 111537, of which 52.9% are men.
4958 (4.4%) are considered related to travel from abroad and 29474 (26.4%) are related to an already known case.
622 of our fellow citizens are being treated by intubation. Their median age is 65 years. 177 (28.5%) are women and the rest are men. 75.9% of intubated patients have an underlying disease or are aged 70 years and older. 620 patients have been discharged from the ICU.
Finally, we have 100 more recorded deaths and 2706 deaths in total in the country. 1085 (40.1%) women and the rest men. The median age of our dying fellow citizens was 80 years and 96.5% had an underlying disease and / or age 70 years and over
