Coronavirus:- Circulation outside the Regional Area or County. (FORM INCLUDED)

ESEE has announced a plan for moving out of the prefecture by entrepreneurs and employees of commercial enterprises, for the preparation of stores that will open on May 11.

For this reason, ESEE addressed the Civil Protection and the competent Ministries and finally the Ministerial Decision Δ1α / ΓΠ.οικ was published in the Government Newspaper. 27818 / 3-5-2020, which regulates the matter as follows:

For whom is the movement outside the region valid?

The Ministerial Decision Δ1α / ΓΠ.οικ. 27818 / 3-5-2020 provides for the following exceptions to the prohibition of movement outside the prefecture until 18 May:

  • From the restriction of traffic beyond the limits of the relevant regional unit (prefecture) or in the case of Attica beyond the limits of the region, exceptions are made for the service of professional needs that cannot be satisfied in any other way.
  • The exception includes, among other things, the transition to and from work, certified by a relevant written certificate from the employer or other appropriate documents or, if it is a self-employed person, with a written statement from him.
  • “In this way, the problem of traders is solved, which, in view of the general opening of May 11 and the preparation of their store, must move beyond the limits of the prefecture of their residence.
  • The same applies to employees, who must move accordingly in preparation for the companies to open.” the ESEE underlined.

It is noted that the above mobility opportunities still do not apply to the islands.

“The State deliberately maintains a stricter framework even after May 4, the exceptions of which do not include professional / employment reasons (YA D1a / GP.oik. 27820 / 3-5-2020, Government Gazette 1649BD). And on the islands, the restrictions will also apply until May 18, 2020, “the Confederation said.
