The coronavirus continues to spread throughout the country with the cases recording successive records in November.
The situation remains critical with cases – according to the detailed presentation of EODY – being at alarming levels in Attica, Thessaloniki and Thessaly.
Specifically, out of the total 6682 cases announced today, 1632 were located in Attica, 1148 were recorded in Thessaloniki and 649 in Thessaly.
Especially in Attica the cases are distributed as follows:

Northern Sector of Athens 196
West Attica 64
Western Sector of Athens 237
Central Sector of Athens 495
Islands 17
Southern Sector of Athens 192
Piraeus 205
In Thessaly the distribution of cases is as follows:

The regions – except Attica and Thessaly – that record a number of cases over 100, are:

Yesterday, being a “black” list day with new cases of coronavirus reaching to the amount of 8129. Unfortunately, 80 of our fellow citizens lost their lives. Zakynthos had 31 new cases within twenty four hours.
