In a recent interview with L’Ora di Brindisi , Grimaldi Euromed’s commercial director Guido Grimaldi said that the company’s plans, provided of course that conditions allow for it due to the coronavirus pandemic, include the use of a second ship in the coming year, for the best service of the Italy-Greece ferry connection.
It will be an upgraded passenger ship with high quality characteristics and mainly high passenger capacity that will allow the connection with other Greek destinations.
If things go in a positive direction, this summer, for the first time the company will connect Kefalonia and Zakynthos with the port of Brindisi.
It is a very large shipping company and the inclusion of the two islands in its summer program will certainly contribute significantly to the arrival of more Italian tourists.
