Covid-19 disease screening is now mandatory for pupils, students and trainees. This was set out in a provision of a bill of the Ministry of Health, which was submitted to the Parliament late last night. The draft law also includes regulations of other ministries on various issues.
Among them is article 88 on “Submission for coronary heart disease by COVID-19”, which concerns the possibility of pupils, students and trainees to participate in the educational process if they have undergone a diagnostic test for COVID-19.
Specifically, Article 88 stipulates that:
If there is still a risk to public health from the spread of coronavirus COVID-19 until 31.7.2021. The lack of which is determined by a decision of the Minister of Health, may be determined by a joint decision of the Ministers of Education and Religions and Health. As a precondition for the participation of pupils, students and trainees in the educational process, in classrooms, their previous submission to a diagnostic test for coronavirus COVID-19.
